The end of the pigeon era?

Without getting our hopes up too much, and at the risk of turning this into the "Pigeon Blog", there is a remote chance that the end of at least some of our troubles may be within sight. Yesterday we received a letter from our building's attorney thanking us for our help and informing us that a decision will be handed down in the matter of Pigeon Lady vs. Everybody Who Hates Flying Rats on 10 October. Till then, we will wait with breath that is bated to see what form justice will take. Personally, I'm thinking that nothing short of this will keep her from making all of our lives miserable, but unfortunately we don't live in Texas. Man, how often could you possibly hear that phrase?
