From the Mouth of Sofia: Sofia-isms

I don't know if it's a product of her age, hearing multiple languages all the time or being directly related to me, but Sofia has a very interesting way of phrasing things. Sometimes it's just a clear case of using a similar sounding word; other times she mixes metaphors or gets her references mixed up. Whatever the reason, hearing her talk is an endless source of amusement. Here are some recent examples for your enjoyment:

While hugging Pegs: "Mommy, my love you so tight."

When selecting anything: "Meanee, meanee minee moe...."

In the car: "This old man, he played free, he played tic-tac on my knee...."

This morning after jumping in bed with me and Pegs: "Wake up, Daddy! Now sleep down."

With the sun in her eyes: "Daddy, the sun is looking at me."
