From the Mouth of Sofia (She Is Her Father's Daughter Edition)

Conversation between Sofia and Pegs this morning while walking to the car:

Sofia: Mama, you are so stu... (pauses because she knows she's going to be in a world of hurt if she finishes that sentence) ...pa.
(Pegs looks over at her and gives her "The Look".)
Sofia: Stupa, mama. I said "stupa."
Pegs: You are one lucky little girl right now.
Sofia (grinning while continuing to walk to the car): Just stupa, mama.  (Clearly thinking furiouslyYou know, like mopping the floor.

For the uninitiated, the Greek word for "broom" is "scouppa".
