US Summer Vacation Part I

The first stage of our summer vacation was in Philadelphia, where we stayed with the rapidly reproducing Chalexandropouloses. Pegs had already been in Philly for a couple of weeks doing the prep work for my arrival, so the entire town was spotless by the time I arrived. At the top of my list of things to do was to give Panagiota a great big kiss, followed by a little pat and rub on the belly for The Hybrid, topped off by hours of playtime with Alex and Eva. Man, those kids are cute. Pegs was all about taking at least one of them with us when we left, but Eva had the hiccups and Alex kept sneezing, so the lady at the airport check-in counter found them in our bag before we could get on board. Stupid federal airline regulations.
